At Primrose we hope to make each order and return as easy as possible for you!

• Orders will ship within one business day. 

• We are aware that there will be times when items will not always work out. Unworn, unwashed, unaltered goods with the tag attached may be returned within 30 days.

• All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. 

• When returning an item, you are able to exchange for another item or receive an in-store credit that never expires.

• Please keep in mind, we are unable to guarantee stock of items after purchase.

• If the item is no longer available, it can be exchanged for another item(s) of equal value.

• If the value of the item is less, you will receive store credit.

• If the value of the item is more, the difference will be due at checkout.

• All Sale/Clearance items are final.

• We will not be responsible for purchases that are defective after being washed, worn, or altered.

• If you are unsure of how to care for an item, please ask us. We know A LOT about garment care and will be happy to help. We want your piece to fit and last.
